Federal Pre-K-3 and Pre-K-4 Program

Perfect Harmony’s Free Pre-Kindergarten Program is a program funded by Maryland’s Prekindergarten Expansion Grant to prepare our three- and four-year-old students to excel and thrive as they move through school. Your child will receive the same high-quality education as those in Public Pre-K classrooms, but with a more intimate and nurturing learning environment to address your child’s individual needs.

We provide a high-quality education that blends Maryland state early learning standards with enrichment programs such as

• Foreign language
• Physical education and athletics
• Art
• and Music

to ensure a solid foundation for whole child development and encourage our students to become life-long learners.

In this section, your family can pre-qualify if you meet the following criteria:

• You are a Maryland resident.
• Your household income falls within MSDE guidelines.
• Your child will be of age by September 1 of the desired school year.
